"Finish looked cheap to me"
I wasn’t happy with how it looked. The headliner finish felt uneven. The edges were not clean either. From a distance, it looks okay. Up close, it looks rushed. I expected better for the price. I would not buy it again.

"I bought this hoping it would make..."
I bought this hoping it would make the cab a little quieter , but I can’t really tell much changed . The road noise is still noticeable , so it kind of feels like I spent the money for nothing . Definitely a bit disappointed .

"Not really happy with the experience"
My order took way longer than I expected, and when I tried reaching out to support, I barely got any response. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole thing definitely left me feeling unsure and frustrated.

"Packaging Was Okay, Not Amazing"
Got my order from hotheadheadliners.com and the packaging was just kind of Mehh. The box showed up a little beat up and the tape looked like it was barely Hanging on, but luckily the item inside was totally fine. I do think they could use a stronger box or add a bit more padding next time. Not awful or anything, just average Overall.

"Smell was way worse than expected"
The headliner looked fine when I first put it in, but the smell was terrible. It had this strong glue/chemical odor that just would not go away for days, even though I expected it to be ready to use like they make it sound. I had to keep the windows down constantly just to deal with it. Disappointing when the product doesn’t match what you’re led to believe. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was able to figure it out and get everything done, but a few parts of the instructions were a little confusing. Nothing too major, just could’ve been explained a bit more clearly

"I’m trying not to make a big deal..."
I’m trying not to make a big deal out of it, but after just a few months it started sagging, and the edges look rough now. It’s still usable, I guess, but I’m disappointed with how it held up.

I ordered the black headliner kit, but what showed up looked gray to me, and the size definitely didn’t seem right at all. I thought maybe I was missing something at first, but I’m sure it just wasn’t the kit I ordered. I reached out to support and waited a few days, but it still never really got resolved

"It’s fine, but not what I expected"
The material feels decent enough, but it’s definitely thinner than I thought it would be. I kind of felt like that detail wasn’t really made clear, so I was a little disappointed when it arrived.

"Color Was Way Off"
I was disappointed because the color didn’t match my interior at all. I get that colors can look a little different online, but this was way off. It would be nice if the photos or description were more accurate so people don’t end up wasting time and money

"Ordering was fine, but the checkout felt a little pushy"
The site itself was easy to get around, but checkout on my phone was kind of clunky. I got through it eventually, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but a few steps felt more awkward than they needed to be. It almost seemed like they wanted me to slow down and notice a few extra prompts before finishing. Overall, my order went through, so it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

"Too vague about the Made in USA claim"
I thought this was going to be a clear Made in USA product based on how it was presented, but the details felt vague. Maybe I missed something, but after looking through the site I still wasn’t totally sure what was actually made here versus just implied. For the price, I don’t want to have to guess or read between the lines. I’d rather they just spell it out plainly instead of making it feel like a promise without the details to back it up.

"Looks good, but the adhesive could be better"
At first, the headliner looked good and I was hopeful it would hold up. I did clean the area beforehand, so I don’t think it was an issue with prep on my end. After a few days though, the adhesive started coming loose, which was frustrating. To be fair, the material itself seemed decent, but for the price I expected the stickiness to last longer.

"Pretty decent for what I paid"
I ordered the headliner material sometime in late May, or maybe early June, I can’t remember exactly. It showed up in okay time, not super fast, but not terrible either. The material was a little less nice than I was expecting, but it worked fine for what I needed. For the price, I’d say it’s decent enough. Not an amazing bargain, but not a bad buy either.

I installed it hoping it would make the cab noticeably cooler, but it still felt hot inside afterward. I tried to give it a chance, but my instinct was right, it just didn’t help much at all for me

"Fit wasn’t quite right..."
I ordered this for my Jeep because it said it was compatible, but it didn’t line up right in a few spots. I had to fiddle with it a lot more than I expected just to get it looking decent. It’s on there now and looks okay, I guess, but not really what I thought I was paying for...

"Wish the coverage details were clearer"
I was checking hotheadheadliners.com to see if they had full coverage for my specific car model, but the info felt a little hit or miss. A few pages explained things well, while others left me kind of guessing about what would actually fit.
Compared with what I’ve seen on other headliner sites, I expected a bit more detail about fitment and coverage. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I ended up looking around elsewhere just to feel more confident before making a decision.

"Panels didn’t line up, just like I worried they wouldn’t"
I had a feeling these panels might not fit as cleanly as advertised, and unfortunately that’s exactly what happened. Once installed, the alignment was noticeably off and it made the whole thing look bad. Kind of confirmed my suspicion that the quality control wasn’t great.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s still staying up nicely with no sagging so far. I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer, but once I figured it out, it’s been working well
